Candy Log

Sunday:

Ate some champagne bubble candy before going to bed.  Just felt like I wanted something sweet.  A little treat!

Monday:

11:30am- Jolly Rancher candy.  My mouth was dry. 
3:30pm-Jolly Rancher candy.  My daughter had one and I grabbed one too!
10:30pm- Champagne Bubble candy.  Wanted something sweet!  This was my dessert.

Tuesday:

3:00pm-Life saver wintergreen.  One of my co workers keeps a bowl of them on his desk.  I had sushi for lunch and wintergreen just sounded good!

  1. On Monday, eating the Jolly Rancher earlier with the dry mouth definately felt different. It was more to help me with a physical issue of dry mouth. The one with the my daughter was purely a case of because she did it, I did it. Both tasted great though.

    I don't try to "fit" candy into my day. It is more if I feel like I want a little sweet to eat then I will eat it.

    I actually feel happy after I eat the Champagne Bubble candy. I treated myself a little something after a long day. I think they taste great and are fun to eat. They are small and I don't need to eat a lot and I'm sure they are low in calories and possibly non fat which matters to me. I don't feel that gulity eating them. Physically I feel great after I eat them. No sugar rush or anything like that. I like they way they feel in my mouth.

    The candy after the 3 day challenge did not replace anything. I still ate dessert if I wanted some. I really look at my candy as a little treat.

    The reason candy is not a regular part of my day is the sugar factor and calories. I try not to eat a lot of sugar. I guess I would rather eat a dessert if I wanted something sweet. I like pies & cakes. I don't think candy will ever be a regular part of my day. Maybe if there was something nutritonally going on that might encourage me. Maybe a candy to help surpress my appetite?? Those would be the only reasons.
